Simple Steps to Your Package
Getting your international packages in Maldives is easy with XORB XPRESS.
1. Register & Submit
Create an account and submit your package's supplier tracking number before it arrives.
2. Arrival & Processing
We collect your package from the post office, update its status, and send you an invoice.
3. Deliver to Your Door
After payment, we deliver the package to your address in Malé or hand it off to your island's transport.
A Deeper Dive into the Process
Here’s a detailed breakdown of each step, ensuring you know exactly what to expect.
The first step is to create your free XORB XPRESS account. Upon registration, you'll be assigned a unique Xorb Address (e.g., XO-123456). This ID is crucial as it identifies all your packages as belonging to you.
Be sure to include your address
When you shop online, use your name and our warehouse address, but be sure to include your Xorb address in the address line. It should look like this:
Full Name: [Your Name]
Address Line 1: G. Hudhuruvaage, 2A
Address Line 2: [Your Xorb Address]
City: Malé
Country: Maldives
Once your order from Shein, Temu, or another retailer has shipped, you will receive a tracking number from them. Log in to your XORB XPRESS dashboard and use the "Submit New Package" form to give us this tracking number and a brief description of the contents.
- Why is this important? This step links the incoming package's tracking number to your account, allowing us to notify you and process it correctly upon arrival.
- You can also upload a copy of your receipt, which can help with customs if required.
Our system tracks your package's journey. When it arrives at our facility and we process it, the package status will be updated to "Xorbware House". At this point, we will issue an invoice for our handling and delivery fees.
If you selected "Boat" or "Air Freight" delivery, a separate invoice for those specific charges will be generated once we have the details. You will need to settle all invoices before we can proceed with the final delivery.
Once all payments are confirmed, we dispatch your package for its final journey.
- Greater Malé Area: Our delivery team will bring it directly to the address you specified.
- Boat / Air Freight: We will transport the package to the designated jetty or airport cargo section. For boat deliveries, you will be required to provide the specific boat details on your package page once it arrives in Malé.
You can track all these steps on your "My Packages" page, and the final status will be marked as "Delivered" once it's completed.
